This policy applies specifically to our custom model development projects. It does not apply to pre-built, off-the-shelf software applications or services where the model's functionality is defined and accepted prior to purchase.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on custom-developed mathematical models under the following conditions:

  • The model fails to meet the specifications. A full refund will be issued if the final delivered model does not perform the functions, calculations, or provide the results as explicitly detailed in the project proposal and approved by you.

  • The model does not provide the expected accuracy. If the model's output fails to meet the agreed-upon accuracy standards, tolerances, or validation criteria as specified in the project proposal, a refund will be granted.

Refund Process and Eligibility

Eligibility Window:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 30 business days of the final model delivery date.

  • Your request must include a detailed explanation of how the model failed to meet the project specifications. You should provide specific examples, test cases, or data that demonstrate the model's failure to perform as agreed.

  • Upon receiving your request, our technical team will conduct a thorough review. We will attempt to replicate the issues you've described.

  • We may contact you to schedule a meeting to walk through the issues and gather additional information.

  • Our review process is designed to be fair and transparent. We will communicate our findings to you.

Exclusions from the Guarantee

The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for "change of mind" reasons or if you decide the solution is no longer needed after the project has been completed.

  • Changes in Requirements: If the project requirements were altered by you after the project proposal was approved and development began, and the model no longer fits the new requirements, a refund will not be issued.

  • Errors in Customer-Provided Data: If the model fails to produce the expected results due to errors or inaccuracies in the data you provided, a refund is not applicable.

  • Improper Use: The guarantee is void if the model is used in a manner inconsistent with the provided documentation and training, leading to incorrect results.

  • Third-Party Software Issues: The guarantee does not cover issues arising from the incompatibility or malfunction of third-party software (e.g., specific versions of Excel, operating system updates) outside of our control and beyond the scope of the project.

Refund Disbursement

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within [e.g., 10-15 business days].
